    Absolutely none!

Small rooms, runs out of the bed you requested before you get there, rude hotel customer counter girls, lying office manager stating, he was present and did not see them rude-but if you check. Cameras - he was no where around. Stated we were going to be given 2 queen beds, winded up with 2 full size beds. We paid for kings-they said they could not accommodate and could not refund. So i paid for 1 king bed and got 2 full size geda for the same as 1 king! Showers are small, you have to stand sideways to use! Don't bother with room service in the late night. Their options are not much and extremely expensive. Wasn't good either!!!

    Perfect

The front desk ladies were smiling, friendly, most helpful and set the tone for my stay. The room was very comfortable. I will stay there again.

    Perfect

It was clean, fairly reasonably priced and had a great location for sightseeing. The facilities worked well for the convention I attended and the air conditioner wasn't set at 50. The design was also very attractive.

The elevators were very slow and at one point I thought they were malfunctioning. There were a large number of people at the conference which of course slowed things down but I think that area of your business needs some maintenance.

    Perfect

It was a nice hotel, the staff was friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable, the food at the Madison Restaurant was fantastic.

    The cost of parking.

    Great

The staff was exceptionally friendly, which helped make up for the long elevator waits, our hotel keys not working twice, and the indoor pool and hot tub being closed for renovations. The food was divine and our room service was exceptionally excellent.

    Perfect

The ambiance, location, decor, food, and staff at the Renaissance made our stay memorable, The cucumber martini in the lobby lounge is to die for. My husband lost an item out of the pocket of his raincoat (maybe due to the cucumber martini) and the staff found it and promptly returned it to us by mail. We're looking forward to our next visit.

    No free wi-fi in room.

    Nice

Found double beds to be smaller than used to and therefore uncomfortable.

    Perfect

The colors of the room were very warm and inviting. The desk area was well designed. Good bed, shower, and bathroom mirror. Breakfast buffet and service was very good. Several improvements had been made in the lobby and second floor restaurant since we stayed there about six years ago.

One day the wind was very strong. The seal on the window leaked a little so some wind came through and blew the curtains inside the room a bit. When there wasn't a gale-force wind, there was no problem.

The sttaf at the front desk was very rude, and unpolite. My room was not ready for three hours, and nobody even care to say sorry.

    The location down town

The room looked right at another under construction building and all the workers stared into our room. Parking was over priced.

    Great

Our room was super clean, comfy and we had a lot of space! It was in a great location, and had nice views!

The staff seemed a little pretentious to be honest... Not really something that effects our trip but, it isn't exactly helpful either. Also I didn't like that it didn't have free wi-fi.
